We had a great experience at this hotel! The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the clean and well-maintained rooms. The location was great and easy to reach. the transportation was good and the staff was friendly. the room was clean and equipped with all basic amenities. the breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options to choose from.
The prices were much higher than what was originally quoted and advertised. It was a disappointment to have to pay extra unexpectedly.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the fact that they offered free Wi-Fi and breakfast. The hotel was located in close proximity to key tourist attractions which made it easier for me to explore the area. Another advantage was the excellent customer service provided by the staff who were friendly and accommodating.
I was disappointed to find that the prices charged were much higher than what I had initially booked for online. the room I was assigned was not clean and there were issues with the functioning of the TV remote and AC. The bathroom was also filthy, which made my stay uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for my stay in Katra. The hotel provided excellent transportation options, making it easy to get around. The manager and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities, including WiFi and breakfast. I also appreciated that the manager allowed me to check in without immediate payment. I had an awesome experience at this hotel.
